Been using this brand for years now. I love the quality of their clothes so much. From accurate sizing, quality of fabric, designs to how well it washes and keeps colour and shape. I've tried all the competing brands out and they just don't come close. Can't recommend them enough.

Items with embroidery do not have any material underneath to cover the stitches that rubs against baby skin and irritates it. Very disappointed, expected better quality for that price but the design is great.

I ordered a few bits for nephew for his birthday - Frugi is always my go to for children's clothing, the quality is incredible which means the clothing lasts so well and can be passed down from child to child, as well as obviously the cutest prints!

I recently purchased the gorgeous Buzzy Bees baby gift set for a friend's baby. It was beautiful and really great quality organic cotton. Arrived very quickly too. Will definitely be buying again.

Ordered a school bag, received notification it was ready to be dispatched, received an email to confirm my address which I responded too over a course of 4 emails and was then advised my order was cancelled as it was out of stock. After looking the item up on their website it is showing in stock. First time buyer and won’t purchase again from this company.

I’ve had superb customer support from Kim - she helped me return a gift for the right size, without having to go back to the gift giver. Major kudos to her!

Well packaged and no issues

They cancelled a large order more than two weeks after I made it. All I received was an automated email saying everything was out of stock, which seems really unlikely. They gave no proper apology. I expected far better.

Frugi owe me £146.00 for returns I have made. I have supplied proof of postage and signed for delivery to them. They refuse to pay me or send the exchanges I asked for, They do not answer emails or the telephone. I cannot get in touch with them. They are stonewalling me

Placed an order.... after several days had passed was told the item I had ordered was out of stock.... yet it still shows as in stock on the website. Go figure!

Lovely products , great quality and ethos.

I love Frugi clothes and am a major repeat customer. However I am just getting increasingly frustrated at how long it takes for them to dispatch their orders. It’s has currently been a week since my last order and still no dispatch …

Ordered some items in the sale on the 27th Dec and days later they are reduced further to 70%. My order was only dispatched yesterday. So I reached out and asked Frugi if they could price match and refund the different as John Lewis do with their clothing. Was told no. First time customer and will not be shopping there again. Next and John Lewis have way better customer service. Avoid!

We absolutely love Frugi! Finally baby clothes that fit awesome! 3-6 Months actually fits a 3-6 month old, not like other brands.
The fabric is great quality and the clothes just look amazing! We could not be happier.
The customer service has also been nothing but lovely the past two times and helped me out when needed.
